Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Protection of Personal Data (Act), the data supplied by the user will be incorporated into an automated file, which will be used solely for the purpose described at the time of receiving data. This will be gathered through appropriate mechanisms, which contain only the fields necessary to provide the service required by the user. The personal data will be treated with the appropriate level of protection, according to Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, taking the necessary precautions to prevent tampering, loss, or unauthorized access by third parties who can be used for purposes other than those that have been requested by the user. The personal data automated processing object may only be assigned, as stated in Article 11 of Law 15/1999 of December 13, for purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the transferor and transferee with the prior consent of the affected.
